The committee scrutinized three bills on this topic, namely “On state lotteries in Ukraine” (re strengthening of state control) (reg. no. 2299); regarding strengthening of state control, increase of budget revenue, and prevention of gambling (reg. no. 2299-1); regarding strengthening of state control (reg. no. 2299-2).
The committee members said that the goal of these bills is to prevent gambling under the disguise of conduct (distribution) of state instant lotteries.
The committee concluded that the bill on strengthening of state control (reg. no. 2299-2) is the most comprehensive one. The committee recommends adopting it as a basis.
